Ilkley Community Transport says:
We still run our Friday morning shoppers trip to Booths for Addingham older/disabled residents. This runs every week and collects/returns ‘door to door’. Anyone interested in this service should call us to discuss and book a seat.
The rest of our trips are group bookings and are not necessarily to a set pattern. Our Addingham based group members currently are:
Addingham Allotments & Gardeners Association Addingham Churches Together Day Centre Addingham Methodist Friendly Hour Addingham Pantomime Group Addingham Primary School Addingham Scouts & Cubs Addingham Guides & Brownies Addingham W.I.
St Peter’s Church Addingham
Not all the groups are regular users but they are still registered as ICT members and can book to hire as they wish. Membership/use is open to any community group in the Addingham area and we would welcome any enquiries.
There are also several other user groups that take in all of the LS29 postcode area and whose membership includes many Addingham residents. One such is the U3A (University of the Third Age).
In addition to the minibuses we also offer a car lift service for Addingham’s older, less mobile residents that have difficulty with public transport. This is principally, but not exclusively, for medical appointments.
