Memorial for Gordon Campbell
The parish council is to host a short ceremony at the unveiling of a memorial to Gordon Campbell, former councillor and chairman of the council, at the Medical Centre on 8 July at 11am. All welcome.

New seating equipment near MUGA
The parish council has helped to provide some new benches and picnic tables near the MUGA. This is part of a programme of works to improve the amenity area - next on the agenda is the removal of the unsightly

The parish council has had two new signs put up at the amenity area near the MUGA and Pavilion in an effort to encourage responsible dog owners to clear up after their pets.

Annual Awards 2017
At the Annual Parish Meeting held on 10 May, Chairman of the Parish Council, Catherine Coates, presented awards to village residents in recognition of their outstanding contribution to village life.
Old School Closure
The Old School is closed until further notice. The parish council will continue to post notices on the noticeboard on the wall by the steps, and mail delivered by the post office and by hand to the letter box on
