Lockdown – Parish Council Facilities

As announced by the Government, a second national lockdown to control the spread of coronavirus will start with effect from midnight on 4 November.

According to our current understanding (to be updated as necessary), the facilities below, managed by the Parish Council, will be affected as follows:

Hub in the Old School – to close with immediate effect

MUGA (and other recreation grounds and playgrounds) – to remain open

Allotments – to remain open (but tenants may meet only one member of another household on their plot at any one time)

Public toilets – to remain open

Local decisions are still being made on what services Bradford libraries will continue to offer from Thursday onwards.  It is possible that the Community Library in the Old School, run by volunteers, will remain open for Click-and-collect only.
